Doing More with Less: Getting More Value from Your Application Portfolio
CAUDIT sends the invitations to its members directly, so there's nothing to register for. You'll find the details on CAUDIT's Showcase event page, and after the session CAUDIT makes the recording available to members on its website.
What Colloquial does
Colloquial supports Application Portfolio Management, Application Rationalisation, Business Capability Management, Technology Portfolio Management and strategic planning. It can be used out of the box with proven frameworks and accelerators, including the Higher Education Reference Models, or configured to reflect an institution's own architecture and operating model.
Starting from the Higher Education Reference Models
The Higher Education Reference Models (HERM), maintained by CAUDIT's Enterprise Architecture Community of Practice, give the sector a shared description of what a university does and of the information, applications and technology behind it.
Starting from HERM means your first capability map uses language your peers already recognise, so you can spend your time on the decisions it informs rather than on building a model from a blank page. Read more about how Colloquial works with HERM.
